Place all bases you do not want to ressuply at priority 3 and the ones or one you want at priority 1
Feels like a workaround.
The selection to/from base should be implemented. I wished this feature long time ago.

Indeed this makes sence. In reality, exiting car while gear is set will shut down the engine. Case closed.
