    The commander already creates/approves requests to establish FOBs in HQC Conflict. What do you feel is missing from the current implementation?

    I don't think this is a good idea. Bohemia seem to want to incentivise MORE human commanders, not more AI commanders. If you want different base locations, you could take commander and do it yourself.
