There is an issue with the AI Logistics feature where supply trucks commanded by the commander fail to complete their delivery routes.

When ordered to resupply a base in need, AI supply trucks drive to the harbor supply source (harbor resupply point) and come to a complete stop upon arrival. Instead of loading supplies and proceeding to the designated base, they remain stationary indefinitely as if waiting for something.

Note: Tested with two separate AI logistics squads at the harbor supply point; both produced the exact same result despite target bases requiring supplies.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a game mode with AI Logistics enabled (e.g., Conflict).

2. Issue an order to an AI Logistics squad to resupply a base that needs supplies.

3. Track the squad's movement as they navigate to the harbor resupply point.

4. Observe their behavior once they reach the harbor.

Expected Result: AI logistics trucks should arrive at the harbor, load the required supplies, and proceed to deliver them to the designated base.

Actual Result: AI logistics trucks drive to the harbor resupply point and freeze/halt indefinitely, failing to load supplies or continue their route.
