Deploy a command truck in HQC. Exit to main menu. Load the game - the command truck is dismantled. It can be redeployed (previously it was bugged and couldn't be, but that was fixed).

I have a slight suspicion this might be due to the vehicle moving after being spawned by the game, but even on flat terrain the truck is still in an undeployed state.

I've only tested this with the Soviet command truck.
