When moving the mouse up or down during normal movement, the camera will momentarily move the camera the opposite direction very similar to what happens when getting out of free look mode as though it is attempting to recenter. This camera recentering bug does not happen while in free look. It also does not happen when aiming down sights with a gun. It does happen during all normal gameplay, and it does happen when readying with fists or melee weapon. This issue only exists in experimental. This issue happens on all servers, official and community. A total wipe and reinstall of all experimental files does not remove this issue. This issue does not exist in non experimental. It has been tested with multiple mice and controllers. Issue persists through driver re-installs and across all devices.
Reproduction steps
1. Log in and load in to any server.
2. Attempt to look up or down.
3. Camera should move and stop with movement and stopping of mouse movement.
4. Instead, camera will move in opposite direction momentarily from which ever vertical movement was performed.

Expected result
Either a fix or a solution to resolve for the experimental build before stable release.
This looks (no pun intended) to be related to the changes in DayZPlayerCameraBase::UpdateUDAngleUnlocked in 1.30. Reverting these to the 1.29 code fixes the issue.
I've made a video that shows the issue more clearly. I really hope it doesn't stay like this. I can hardly imagine this is an intended or planned change, at least not for PC.
I am really glad you have identified exactly what it was that broke it. I have some modding experience but the camera bug was a little beyond my ability to find what changed that broke it.
You are excellent. I really hope Bohemia fixes this before release. If not, it seems like it should be patchable. Looks like I have a project this weekend.
I am finding that out now. Ya'll have really saved the day. Words cannot describe how much I was beginning to question my sanity and how much I watched people's videos of 1.30 for anyone having this same issue.
