Carrying an unusable 460g item adds unnecessary weight to the character's encumbrance without providing any functional gameplay utility.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn as an Officer class equipped only with a pistol.

2. Open the character inventory and inspect equipped items/weight.

3. Observe the bayonet in the inventory weighing ~460g.

4. Attempt to equip or utilize the bayonet with the pistol.

Expected Result: Officers should not spawn with a bayonet if they do not carry a primary weapon capable of utilizing it, saving character loadout weight.

Actual Result: The Officer carries an unusable 460g bayonet that takes up loadout capacity without function.
