When commanding AI from the radial menus in Game Master, or the Living Quarters' AI control mode, the command is only issued every second time the user inputs the order in the radial menu. This issue seems exclusive to the radial menus in charge of commanding AI and not the other radial wheels in the game, or the radial wheel that squad leaders use to give orders while playing as characters.
