No mods

In Singleplayer when loading a saved session, all player-built Heavy Vehicle Factories are gone, but their supply storage is still present. The entity is not, you cannot dismantle it, but its supply storage is there. This does not apply to pre-placed Heavy Vehicle Factories such as the one in Provins, Calvary Hill, etc...
