Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build an arsenal at the base and fill it completely

  2. Clear the storage area at the main tent for the sake of the experiment.

  3. Dismantle the arsenal and make sure that only 325 supplies were returned to the base - the cost of the arsenal. 2100 supplies disappeared
