This creates a discrepancy where a visible/interactable storage volume exists on the vehicle, but its inventory slots are non-functional or restricted.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Approach a Construction Truck with items or supply crates in hand.

2. Open the vehicle's Cargo inventory compartment.

3. Attempt to move or load items/supplies into the Construction Truck's cargo slot.

4. Observe that the items cannot be placed inside.

Expected Result: The Cargo compartment of the Construction Truck should either accept allowed cargo/supplies or be disabled/removed if the vehicle is not intended to haul inventory.

Actual Result: The Cargo compartment exists and opens, but items cannot be stored inside it.
