There is a control scheme conflict when playing on PC using an Xbox Controller. While in Base Building mode and navigating the bottom selection menu for specific structures, pressing the LB button scrolls through the item list to the left, but simultaneously activates the in-game Push-to-Talk / voice channel.
Navigating UI menus with controller shoulder buttons should not trigger active voice transmission.
Steps to Reproduce:
Connect an Xbox controller and play on PC.
Enter Base Building mode and open the bottom menu to select a structure to build.
Press LB to scroll left through the category/item list.
Observe that the character's voice chat/radio activates at the exact same time as moving through the menu.
Expected Result: Pressing LB in the building menu should only navigate the list to the left, with voice activation disabled or suppressed during UI interaction.
Actual Result: The LB button triggers both list navigation and voice transmission simultaneously, causing unintended open mic broadcasts during construction.
