Then an interesting thing happened: the game was running better, but after about five minutes, the phone's hotspot disconnected, and consequently, there was no internet on the PC, but the game worked perfectly. I connected the internet cable from the router and everything worked fine. But the next day, the problem returned again: freezing, stuttering, and slowdowns. I tried the same steps on the phone, but it didn't help. I described the situation to support, and they advised me to post the problem here. When describing game problems online, the most common thing I see is packet loss. The issue is unclear. I also don't know what to do.
