Yes, absolutely standard. in solitary. I started steam as an administrator. I deleted the game completely and reinstalled it. disabled the firewall. it didn't help at all. but when you turned on the mobile operator, and not through your own provider, there was an improvement described above. somehow, something switched. and the game was working until I turned off the PC and logged in the next day.
