No mods.

This goes back to at least 1.5. The deployed tent cannot be dismantled as the context menu doesn't show up. I had cases where it showed up, but I think the player must go outside the network bubble and then come back. Not sure. Alternative way I've been able to access it is to lie down at a 90 degree angle and start moving my character's head (as demonstrated in the video) in a desperate attempt to have the menu appear, and if it does it's for a split second depending on the camera angle. In the video I couldn't achieve it.
