When an engineer squad assigned to a task to build a base finished construction of the Command Tent, the HQ announcer will announce the completion with: "New base constructed, callsign: "Whatever"."

However, if the base is constructed somewhere that hasn't supplies nearby, which is the case most of the time, a resupply task will be immediately created and the HQ announcer will interrupt himself and inform the player with: "Attention all squads, Alpha Main/Uragan speaking. Base "Whatever" needs resupplying.".

I suggest the resupply task is given a small delay of a couple of seconds before it is created as it will allow the announcer to finish his line. This will also reduce the annoyance of engineer and transport squads listening to the "Base needs resupply" voice line when a person inside a random base starts placing and deleting buildings over and over again, causing the supplies to be spent and refunded multiple times in a short period.
