Description
I noticed that in the current experimental patch 1.7, the re-rendering of some objects has slowed down after they are hidden from view and removed from the render. There are several examples. In the first case, the UH-1H's scope is re-rendered with a significant delay, which should not be there because it was initially folded. However, it is re-rendered both in its folded and unfolded states with a delay.
The same thing happens with some elements of the MI-8 cockpit. The scope is also partially rendered with a delay. Some parts of the machine gun also twitch and are rendered with a delay, regardless of the number of camera switches.
Well, the last thing I wanted to say is not related to occlusion culling, but rather to LOD. There is a problem that causes the LOD of trees to flicker heavily (switching very abruptly and clumsily). It feels like they are switching much closer and more abruptly than before. I have played a lot of DayZ, and it is very similar to how the LOD of vegetation switches abruptly and unpleasantly there, which was not as noticeable in Arma Reforger.
All the graphics settings that control the overall quality of graphics, LODs, and objects are set to maximum.
