This is also true for "Vehicle Driving Assistance: None". If there's No driving assistance, one could expect, well... no driving assistance.
For "Vehicle Driving Assistance: None" players, disable handbrake assistance.

In my opinion, this automatic handbrake should not even be in the game. This removes some of the fun moments when a teammate forgets to engage the handbrake and the car falls down hill. Loud laughs I had with new players.
