    Same for me.
2 modded production servers and 2 modded experimental servers have this issue, but my single vanilla legacy conflict server does not.

I have nothing else other than an OS reinstall. I had to do that last week to fix some goofiness in the workbench. Good luck.

The BIOS is likely set to thermal throttle at 100c. And 70c seems high for Reforger. I am running a 14600k on a 360 AIO and don't see anything close to that. Perhaps you need to replace the thermal paste. I would run y-cruncher and see if it can do that for about 15 minutes. If it crashes, lower the CPU power or speed and test again to see if it improves.

Have you run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool?
    Have you tried disabling XMP?

    This sounds like hardware.
That temp spike is highly suspicious.

Reseting my PC and only installing Steam, GIMP, Reforger and Reforger Workbench resolved the issue. Apparently there must have been a software conflict.

This is apparently an issue with my desktop PC. I installed Reforger and Reforger Tools on my basic laptop and I am able to create characters through inherit as expected. I plan to format and reload my desktop this week and will update this ticket afterwards.
