Yes, other official servers work perfectly with my character. The issue only happens on server 0754. I have already tried clearing my game cache, using a mobile hotspot, and flushing my DNS, but nothing works for this specific server. If deleting my character is the only way to reset the connection to server 0754, please go ahead and delete it. I don't mind losing my gear as long as I can play on this server again.
