Hello, my character is completely soft-locked on Official Server 0754 (South America - SP) via Xbox Game Pass for PC. I have been getting error 0x00010001 (Server Unreachable) for more than 2 days. I have already cleared my Windows LocalCache/Packages folders, flushed my DNS, synchronized my system clock, and even tried connecting through a different network (mobile hotspot), but the error persists. I can connect to any other official server without issues, so my connection is fine. Please clear my character session data or wipe my character on server 0754 to restore my access. My Gamertag is: SAMUEL RADEON.

AND I PLAY IN PC FOR GAME PASS OF XBOX

Open the game, go to the official server list, and try to join Official Server 0754. The error 0x00010001 pops up instantly.
