I have tried to change the network settings and it doesn't seem to work. I'm not too technologically smart with these things but it does seem like it has something to do with Dayz servers or ip being blocked by my internet which is AT&T.

I do not have any other networks to switch to. I have managed to get into community chernarus twice the first time it was having issues with the assets in game the 2nd time it let me in and worked fine then I logged out and logged back in but it wouldn't let me back into the server. So it lets me sometimes into community and it let me enter official once and won't let me back in. I downloaded experimental and had zero issues with 4 servers I joined everything worked fine.
