What happened?

When I get to the menu and try to access any server it won’t let me into the servers and freezes on the character model on the menu screen. If I choose Sahkal it just freezes on the character model and the screen fades like it is going to transition to the load screen but never does. If I try Livonia and chernarus it transitions to the timer to enter the server reaches the load screen gets half way loaded then switches back to the character screen and freezes. I’ve had this issue going on for multiple weeks and can’t get any different outcome and really would like to be able to play the game.

Reproduction steps

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game Atleast 8 times, I have hard reset my Xbox, I have cleared the cache, I have tried only having the base game installed to see if it made a difference and it’s the same outcome. This is happening on official and community.

Are you able to test the game on another network - ideally by another ISP? As this could be caused by an issue on your network

I do not have any other networks to switch to. I have managed to get into community chernarus twice the first time it was having issues with the assets in game the 2nd time it let me in and worked fine then I logged out and logged back in but it wouldn't let me back into the server. So it lets me sometimes into community and it let me enter official once and won't let me back in. I downloaded experimental and had zero issues with 4 servers I joined everything worked fine.
