I have access to the current email address linked to my BI account and my authenticator. However, I cannot remember my account password, and the password reset function on the website returns an error and does not allow me to set a new one. Because of this, I am also unable to log into my BI account properly in-game, which prevents me from downloading mods and joining modded servers in Arma Reforger.
