Title: Error 0 on mod download + feedback site crashes

Hello. I'm facing an issue in Arma Reforger: when joining any modded server, I get "UNKNOWN ERROR (code 0)" and mods fail to download.

Troubleshooting already tried:

Deleted the addons folder in Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger.
Changed download path via -addonDownloadDir "D:\ArmaMods".
Disabled Zapret (DPI bypass tool).
Verified game files in Steam.
Restarted game and Steam.

The issue persists. Additionally, when I try to submit a ticket on feedback.bistudio.com, the site crashes/kicks me out, so I cannot create a report there.

I suspect the Steam Workshop entitlement (Steam ID ↔ BI Services) is corrupted on your side. Please reset/rebind the entitlement, or advise how to contact support if the feedback site is not working.
