Now you have to open every email to see what status a ticket has reached.
This could be reflected in the subject line.
Now:
"Issue <Ticket Id>: <Ticket Title> <was updated>"
It could be done like this:
"[<new status>] <Ticket Id>: <Ticket Title>"
"[<new status>] <Ticket Id>"
