What happened?

Since approximately August 25, 2026, all Official European DayZ servers have disappeared from the server browser.

The game currently finds only 17 Official servers in total, all located in Asia Pacific or South America, with approximately 225-270 ms ping.

Community servers are still found normally.

I previously played Official European servers normally. For example, I played on 4154 | EUROPE - DE on August 24, 2026. The server is currently online according to BattleMetrics, but it is no longer visible in the DayZ server browser and direct connection results in error 0x00010001 (unreachable).

The same problem occurs on two separate PCs connected to the same router and ISP.

Network diagnostics:

- 5.62.99.19 (affected EU server): ping times out.

- Route reaches Nitrado Frankfurt (80.81.197.21) at approximately 30 ms, then no further traceroute responses are received.

- 94.242.218.92 (working Asia Pacific server): ping responds at approximately 225 ms.

- The issue is identical on two separate PCs connected to the same router and Kyivstar ISP.

- Restarting the router did not resolve the issue.

Reproduction steps

1. Start DayZ.
2. Open the Official server browser.
3. Search/browse Official servers.
4. No European Official servers are listed.
5. Only 17 Official servers are found, all from Asia Pacific or South America, with approximately 225-270 ms ping.
6. Community servers are listed normally.
7. Attempting to connect directly to an affected European Official server such as 4154 | EUROPE - DE (5.62.99.19:11700) results in error 0x00010001 (unreachable). The issue is reproducible on two separate PCs using the same home network and ISP.

Are you able to test the game on another network (ideally by another ISP) so we can confirm or deny the issue is somewhere on your network?

Hello,
I tested the game on another connection by disconnecting my PC from my home Internet and connecting it exclusively through my Kyivstar mobile Internet hotspot.
The problem remained exactly the same: no Official European servers are displayed, while only Asia Pacific and South America servers are found.
I have also contacted my ISP, Kyivstar, with the network diagnostics and asked them to investigate possible routing/connectivity issues. I will update this report once I receive their response.
