I noticed that when I caught a cold on Expie also I didn't get a germ symbol

(I believe in the patch notes it said it could happen if you beat then caught an illness again, but I didn't have it prior)

Overall it shouldn't be showing that symbol... makes no sense until you get sick. Idk why they decided otherwise for this food (or that was a bug lol)
