When opening faction objectives, it only shows the options for base objectives, the remaining options are greyed out / unavailable despite not opening the radial wheel on a base, in video I try to place a clear obstacles mission but it is greyed out. When I open the radial wheel on a nearby base this fixes the issue and the other faction objectives are now available when I re-open the radial menu in the open field where I want to place the mission.
