I've come to the conclusion that NATO needs better transport helicopter.
Here's why: In logistics basic network science applies. And supplies matter a lot in both Conflict game modes, so network science also is applicable there. The effective the rate of supply of a vehicle over a route is determined by its load capacity multiplied by the round trip time for that route. Round trip time is mainly determined by the speed of the vehicle and the turnaround time when loading and/or unloading, although other factors like servicing also come in to play over larger a timespan.
As you can see, a helicopter, very quick compared to trucks in any case and also unencumbered by a dependency on terrain features like roads or relatively flat surfaces can be competitive if the load capacity is large enough.
When comparing the effective rate of supply of the transport version of the Mi-8 with to all other road vehicles on the WP forces, you'll quickly find out that the Mi- 8 is able to best the truck and all other WP vehicles for distances of over ca. 500m, even though you have to dismount the vehicle to load and unload, which increases turnaround time. It is the vehicle with the highest rate of supply by far.
Unfortunately there is nothing of the sort for NATO, as they lack a helicopter which can compete in terms of carrying capacity. Because of this, the WP forces can effectively outpace the rate of supply of NATO by a significant margin. This has the effect that later in the game the WP faction will enjoy a major advantage in supply and therefore in fighting ability, as supplies dictate how well you can fight.
Please add a helicopter with 750 supply or more carrying capacity to the NATO forces so that the supply imbalance between NATO and WP is rectified. Something like a CH-47 comes to mind, but I'm not partial to a new vehicle per se.
