Hello Bohemia Interactive Support,

I am experiencing a critical issue with Arma Reforger on Steam. I cannot download any mods from the in-game Workshop. Every attempt fails with "Unknown error code 0". This happens with all mods, not just one.

Troubleshooting already tried:
- Cleared the cache/addons/workshop folders in Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger (the folder was empty).
- Checked my Bohemia Interactive account on your website: there is no profile, no Steam link, and no Arma Reforger entitlement visible.
- I use a VPN and Zapret to bypass regional restrictions.
- The game is installed on the D: drive.
- Tried the -addonDownloadDir launch option.
- Restarted Steam and the game multiple times, verified game files.

Based on community reports, this error often means that the Steam account is not correctly linked to Bohemia Interactive services, or the entitlement is corrupted. Since I cannot fix this via the website (no link exists at all), I need your help.
