There is a severe ragdoll physics and character model bug occurring upon death. In certain conditions, a killed character's body collapses into an extremely stretched, distorted, and hollow mesh with detached or stretched limbs and head.
This creates broken visual geometry and floating equipment floating around the stretched body.
Steps to Reproduce:
Kill an AI or player character under various conditions (e.g., near explosives, vehicles, or terrain geometry).
Observe the resulting ragdoll physics simulation.
Inspect the deceased character's corpse.
Expected Result: The character's body should transition smoothly into a natural ragdoll state upon death without mesh stretching or bone distortion.
Actual Result: The ragdoll glitches out completely, stretching the character's limbs, neck, and torso into a grotesque, hollow visual artifact.
