The new update will be punishing new players harder than really needed and annoying overall and even the ticket before me is a Traitor just for doing his job. It’s like dying to emotional damage.

I think I got a ideas to throw in the ring about this like, you can’t go below your current rank due to the new feature, but can cut any progression made towards the next if it’s not punishing enough at least can’t go below private, (that should really stay as the team killer spot). An alternative could be the 1-3 deaths don’t do anything to rank so a player new to the server can have a chance to do something. I would also isn’t a horrible idea to maybe buff some rank earning thing (like personal belonging just off the top of my head) and/or give rank four someone doing the job that they’re supposed to to help incentivize them doing their job and the chance to recuperate or cushion the amount of rank they lose when they die(so like you get a small amount as you're doing your job
