It it still possible to remove the prebuilt compositions like the radio relay in Montignac or on Calvary Hill even if your faction isn't controlling or capturing the base.

1. This allows a player to go behind the frontlines into deep enemy area, dig down the radio and cut signal to the frontlines, or (if its far enough from any other base) cut the return signal to HQ and prevent spawning there (e.g. at Regina).

2. It's an avenue for griefers to destroy radio relay antennas without the base having a deconstruct task associated with it.

3. The map icons for the prebuilt compositions don't disappear after they're dug down and removed.
