Let's say you recruit 4/4 AI to your squad. Then you go tell them to do something, for example getting into a vehicule.
It happens that one of the guys is stuck somewhere. This poor soldier now blocks the whole squad from functionning.
Often times the AI will even try to join back up with the group making it so that you need constant surveillance that every AI will do as said and not get stuck.
