The vehicles' performance has been altered. There also seems to be some kind of audio issue. At least, I notice it with headphones between 1.6 and 1.7, but that's not the point here.

I've been driving the Ural and UAZ since the game's release in May 2022. The most noticeable change is with the Ural, which has become extremely slow – even when pressing the full throttle button. I have heard other feedback from the US side.
