Is it modded?

Description

I have been unable to equip and use any grenades that were picked up from the enemy, regardless of what team I play on. I've tried dropping and equipping,dropping and stashing them, and nothing works. I can select them but nothing happens. My video will not upload unfortunately.

    It gave an error messaging about the title being incorrect or something like that. I can send the video somewhere if that is helpful.

    Please upload it to some sort of streaming service if possible, but can you get us the exact error it gave you?
