When the Personal Awareness Difficulty setting for weapon info is set to "HIDE" there is no way to determine what sort of grenade you have selected (without actually throwing it). Most of the other info present in this section can be determined via checking your own inventory or visually checking your weapons safety, but not what grenade you have selected.
