Description

After updating to 2.22 I now experience several annoying audio cracking during gaming. That wasn't the case on previous version (well, there was cracking, but only with huge amount of sound sources). I've tried some popular workarounds to fix this with no success, including:

  • Switching to Proton-CachyOS, Proton Experimental

  • Using PIPEWIRE_LATENCY=1024/48000 or 2048/48000 or 4096/48000 on Proton-CachyOS and its PulseAudio equivalent on Proton Experimental.

  • Recreating prefix (with automatic Arma 3 installscript execution).

I don't use any audio filters like EasyEffects.
