I know, killjoy here but I reeeeeally hate exploits.

I've watched youtubers swapping roles (squads) mid life to get the benefits. I.e they spawn as assualt to gain access to all the options then switch to medic to bandage faster or switch to engineer to build faster.

This is silly and you should only be granted and maintain the benefits if you spawn as that role. Please fix.
