List mods
The exact list of mods does not matter, it has been happening to different communities using different sets of mods.
My own mod list is relatively large, perhaps this increases the chance (I don't know), but as I said, I don't think the specific mods matter.
Description
Since the release of 1.7, I have been somewhat frequently getting this issue:
When I start the dedicated server, it often stops just seconds after, due to not being able to "fetch addon details from the Workshop API".
But when restarting the server again, it will often work with exactly the same configuration, i. e. there seems to be a random chance that it fails to properly communicate with the backend.

ENGINE (E): Unable to initialize the game
ENGINE : Game destroyed.
I did not have this problem before 1.7 with the same mods. When I asked on Discord, some other server owners reported having the same issue.
Personally, I have not seen the issue much anymore in the past weeks, for me it was more common in late June (it happened almost half of the time back then). I am still making a report because another person mentioned having the same issue today.
