I am writing to express my profound disappointment and growing frustration regarding the current state of Arma Reforger. As a dedicated player who has invested significant time and money into this title, I must be brutally honest: the game’s optimization and stability issues have reached an absolutely unacceptable level.

My primary grievance lies in the catastrophic performance of modded servers. Crashes on these servers are not occasional inconveniences; they are a constant, infuriating reality. It is deeply disheartening to be repeatedly kicked out of matches due to client-side crashes that are clearly tied to server-side mod handling. If the current engine or architecture simply cannot support modded servers without breaking, then I strongly urge you to disable the modded server option entirely. It is far better to offer a stable, limited experience than to promise a feature that functions as a broken, frustrating trap for your player base.

Frankly, the overall optimization of this game is appalling. The persistent stuttering, frame drops, and memory leaks make it nearly impossible to enjoy the immersive military simulation this game was supposed to be. It is genuinely baffling how a title running on the Enfusion engine can suffer from such fundamental performance issues this far into its lifecycle.

Let me be unequivocally clear: continuing to neglect these core technical issues is a guaranteed way to lose your customer base. Players have a finite amount of patience, and mine is rapidly running out. We are tired of acting as unpaid beta testers for a product that feels fundamentally unfinished. Ultimately, this broken state of the game is nothing but a complete waste of players' time. If Arma Reforger is to survive and eventually transition into Arma 4, you must prioritize stability and optimization over new content. Fix the foundation, or watch your community migrate to better-optimized alternatives.

I expect to see tangible, meaningful improvements in upcoming patches, not just empty promises.
