Patch notes mention addition of Swan Lake for the radios around Kolguyev, but none of the audio asset were shipped with this build

Probably already a known issue, but just for the record, I'm reporting this here. Attached are two pictures, one of the errors in the console log in RadioBroadcast_Kolguyev.acp and the other showing the file structure missing the Kolguyev folder in Arma Reforger/Sounds/RadioBroadcast
