Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent "No connection with backend" issue in Arma Reforger.

The game cannot access Multiplayer or Workshop.

The game was working normally before the issue started.

I have already tried:

• Different Internet connections, including mobile hotspot.

• ping api.bistudio.com — 0% packet loss, average 4 ms.

• tracert api.bistudio.com — successfully reaches the destination.

• Clean reinstallation of Arma Reforger.

• Verification of game files.

• Testing without Workshop mods.

• Running Steam as Administrator.

• Disabling Steam, NVIDIA and Discord overlays.

• Malwarebytes full scan.

• Reinstalling/repairing the requested Visual C++ and DirectX components.

The problem still persists.

The most important error found in the game's error.log is:

EBREQ_GAMECONFIG_List

Error Code: 404 - Not Found

message="Version not found by key #1.4.0"

This error occurs repeatedly when the game attempts to communicate with the backend.

Please investigate whether there is an issue with the backend GameConfig/version 1.4.0, my Game Identity, or the account/game build association.

I can provide the complete error.log, DxDiag and MSInfo reports if required.
