Limited fooling around with this on a custom scenario of mine.. a radio relay station is required for radio VON to work even for short range radios which does not make any sense. If the relay is out of clients network range (replication bubble) radio is completely cut off....

Changes are fine but this is undocumented and is a gameplay breaking feature for a lot..
