Both files are appearing in the root directory of the installation, which wasn't happening before.

This happens with clean, stock installations on both physical hardware and VPSs.

The error.log file is creating new files in the root directory on every restart, causing it to become cluttered.

The filesystem.log file keeps accumulating new lines every time the system runs.
