We’re all sitting here, 2,600 people, waiting… Please don’t ignore this important issue — without it, we won’t be able to develop our conflict server, because no one will want to join a server that shows 300 ping, even though in reality it’s only 30–50 ping.🙂

I forgot to add the ip, although it doesn't make sense since I changed it several times, but it didn't help, as well as changing the operating system and any settings at all doesn't help either, since Barnaul just registers you as Tokyo,
