This player has been reported several times, but Bohemia will not give Vigor players the respect they deserve and do anything about it. Not 1 issue related to Vigor has been addressed since the new tracker has beem implemented.

I totally agree. This guy is for sure cheating. He knows where everyone is no matter where they are. Bohemia Please start addressing the cheaters, Every issue connected to Vigor is still open ,never been addressed. I know Vigor isn't your main game but give us fair players the respect we deserve.
