This has happened to me a few times, and for me the issue was the chambered bullet in my ij-70. Once i took the mag out and removed said round, i did not crash. Were you using an ij or has it happened with multiple guns/items?
This gas glitch is by far the most annoying. Did you take the spark plug out and made sure the fuel tank is pristine? I'm having the exact same issue and the above didn't work for me
