I have an additional observation that may be relevant.
After the incident, I noticed that both of my base walls had shifted from their original positions. I was able to confirm that other players could see them in the exact same misplaced locations, so it was not just a client-side visual desync.
The walls ended up in positions where it is normally impossible to build them, which makes the issue even more unusual.
I don’t know what caused this. It may be related to the desync I experienced with the doors and combination lock, but I can’t say for sure.
