Keeping players interested in a game, is not only about new content, but also knowing the servers they play on are going to be enjoyable. As community hosts, we can only provide administration of problem players within the limits of the tools which are provided and as this post is requesting, there needs to be improvements, or admins will burn out from dealing with issues they do not have the tools to investigate with and players will give up on playing the game.
Hackers have been an ever increasing issue since the Christmas period and are advancing in what they can do in servers, while 8 months on, admins still have the same basic features to deal with them, aside from some extra kill logging.
